Capitol Dome Strategies is a boutique government relations and strategic consulting firm that cares about you and your issues. Founded by Laurie Saroff, who spent more than 20 years working on Capitol Hill for two Senators and three Members of Congress as Chief of Staff and Policy Advisor. Her goal has been to create a firm where you and your issues matter. She uses her experience and bi-partisan relationships to help you get your issue before Congress.

She understands how Washington works—and how to get things done. She combines strategic thinking, trusted relationships, and practical experience to help clients identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and achieve meaningful results. Her approach is grounded in relationships, credibility, and a commitment to helping clients move from ideas to action.

Although she represents diverse clients, she has experience bringing celebrities to Capitol Hill, such as singer-songwriter Christina Perri to improve maternal health outcomes.

She is passionate about mentoring the next generation and founded women’s networking organization to connect women working on the Hill and downtown and in between.

Although most of her Congressional career was with the California delegation, her hometown is Pittsburgh. She attended Bryn Mawr College and Harvard University.
